f <br /> �� Ir 3 :goo <br /> ( 1 ) Section IV-B-8-C Landscaping Standards <br /> This item was presented at public hearing on <br /> August 24, 1987 . <br /> Amendments to the landscaping standards <br /> contained in Section IV-B-8 of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations were adopted by the Board of <br /> Commissioners on March 24, 1987 . To clarify <br /> when the amendments went into effect, Section <br /> IV-B-8-c will be amended by adding the follow- <br /> ing language : Amended Effective March 24, <br /> 1987 . <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> proposed amendment. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the <br /> proposal for decision on October 5, 1987 . <br /> (2 ) Section V - Improvements <br /> Section V identifies the forms of security <br /> that may be used to guarantee construction of <br /> required improvements in approved <br /> subdivisions . The amendment would delete cash <br /> as an acceptable form of security and add <br /> escrow agreements as a new form of security <br /> for required improvements. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> proposed amendment. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the <br /> proposal for decision on October 5, 1987 . <br /> MOTION : Yuhasz moved approval of the consent agenda . <br /> Seconded by Pilkey . <br /> VOTE-: Unanimous . <br /> Yuhasz suggested that perhaps final plats could be <br /> placed on the consent agenda in the future. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #8: SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS <br /> a .
