He <br /> noted that his understanding was that the Board <br /> desired ordinance amendments requiring restrictive <br /> covenants in the preliminary plat approval process <br /> for all subdivisions . <br /> Jacobs also noted that consideration of the <br /> Proposed Water/Sewer Policy was deferred until late <br /> October . It did not appear that the policy would <br /> be heard at the November public hearing. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #7 : CONSENT AGENDA <br /> a . Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments <br /> Articles 6 . 16 .6, 6 .23 .4, 7 .2 . 1 , 9 . 11 & 12 . 10 <br /> When the Rural Buffer (RB) zoning district was <br /> created In January, 1987 , some articles in the <br /> Zoning Ordinance were overlooked for revision <br /> to include reference to the new zoning <br /> district. The amendments will correct the <br /> oversight by adding references to the Rural <br /> Buffer district . This item was presented at <br /> public hearing on August 24, 1987 . <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> proposed amendment. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the <br /> proposal for decision on October 5, 1987 . <br /> b . Subdivision Regulation Amendment <br />
