This item was presented at <br /> public hearing on August 24, 1987 . <br /> BACKGROUND: Amendments to the landscaping standards contained in Section <br /> IV-B-8 of the Subdivision Regulations were adopted by the <br /> Board of Commissioners on March 24, 1987 . To clarify when <br /> the amendments went into effect, Section IV-B-8-c will be <br /> amended by adding the following language: Amended Effective <br /> March 24, 1987 . <br /> The Planning Board met on September 21 , 1987 to make its <br /> recommendation on the proposal . <br /> The Planning Board recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment. <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Administration recommends approval of the amendment as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board . <br />
