284 6 <br /> f ) If an accessory structure is to be used for the <br /> home occupation the following criteria must be met: <br /> 1 . The accessory building shall be set back at least <br /> 30 feet farther from the road than the residence. <br /> 2. The accessory building shall not be closer than 40 <br /> feet to the side and rear lot lines. <br /> 3. The accessory building shall be adequately screened <br /> from view of the road and adjacent property by a <br /> densely planted evergreen hedge of shrubs or trees. <br /> 4. Any outside storage of materials for use in the <br /> home occupation shall be totally screened from the <br /> road and from adjacent property in the same manner <br /> as the accessory structures. The storage area <br /> shall not exceed 1 ,000 square feet.
