The public hearing was <br /> continued until October 5, 1987 to allow for receipt and <br /> consideration of comments on the proposal from NCDOT and <br /> information concerning water and sewer service from the Town <br /> of Hillsborough . <br /> On September 18, 1987, the Planning Department received a <br /> letter from the applicant withdrawing the application . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Receive as information. No action necessary. <br />
