Seven two-acre lots are being subdivided out of the <br /> total 69 .90 acres. The applicant has proposed that the lots <br /> be served by a Class A private road . <br /> The property is zoned Rural Buffer, and the Land Use Plan <br /> designation is Rural Residential . The adjacent land use is <br /> primarily residential . <br /> All agencies have reviewed Dal -Rae Forest . The Department <br /> of Transportation commented that Dal -Rae Forest Road does <br /> not meet their design standard for minimum centerline <br /> radius . <br /> At its September 21 , 1987 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended that the preliminary plan of Dal -Rae Forest be <br /> denied . The Planning Board further recommended that the plan <br /> be resubmitted with Dal -Rae Forest Road designated as a <br /> public road and designed according to State standards . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Administration recommends denial of the application and <br />
