Upon <br /> the advice of the County Attorney, Commissioners Willhoit and Whitted <br /> accepted an amendment to their motion and second, that is Section 2.3.6.1 c, <br /> paragraph 2 reads the same as Section 8.2 c, to delete Section 8.2.c. <br /> The County Attorney further advised the Board to delete Section 8.2.:, <br /> saying the concept needed clarifying; he did not understand it as it is <br /> worded.
