The decisions made by the Board <br /> are incorporated into the attached policy statements. No policy <br /> regarding the use of the Recreation Capital Reserve Fund is included <br /> at this time as the Board expressed a desire to wait until receiving <br /> the Master Park Plan before making a final decision on this issue. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt the attached policy statements. <br />
