leased premises herein, the Employment Security <br /> Commission shall give not less than sixty (60) days <br /> 079 written notice of its determination to the Lessor; and <br /> that upon the expiration of such notice period, the <br /> lease shall terminate without further liability of the <br /> Lessee, Employment Security Commission. <br /> 13. All notice herein provided to be given or which may be <br /> given, by 'either party to the other, shall be deemed to <br /> have been fully given when made in writing and deposited <br /> in the United States mail, certified and postage prepaid <br /> and addressed as follows: To the Lessor at 300 W. Tryon <br /> Street, Hillsborough, North Carolina (c/o Chairman) and <br /> the Lessee at (ESC) P.O. Box 25903, Raleigh, North <br /> Carolina. Nothing herein contained shall preclude the <br /> giving of such notice by personal service. The address <br /> to which notices shall be mailed as aforesaid to either <br /> party may be changed by written notice. <br /> 14.
