The City agrees to implement <br /> and operate its Program in accordance with its Tenant Assistance <br /> and Displacement Policy as submitted and approved by the NCHFA. <br /> 5. This notice will state the number of Section 8 <br /> Certificates and/or Housing Vouchers needed and the Bedroom sizes. <br /> 10. Administration of Section 8 Assistance. The PHA agrees to <br /> administer the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program funding <br /> provided by HUD for the City's Program in accordance with: <br /> a. Section 8 and other applicable laws; <br /> b. The regulations in 24 CFR Part 882; and <br /> c. Tenant Certification.
