The respite care service would be coordinated by <br /> the Inter-department Case Management Team (Social Services/Aging) and in- <br /> home aides provided by the existing DSS Chore Program and the Home Health <br /> Agency. <br /> There is a local match of $510.00 to be provided in the existing DSS budget. <br /> Approximately, sixteen families will be served by this contract. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve Respite Care Service Contract and authorize <br /> Chair to sign. <br />
