Gather facts, conduct analysis and prepare documentation to <br /> form the basis for 600 highly erodible land determinations to <br /> be charged to assistance advances at the rate of $20.00 per <br /> determination. <br /> B. Perform Item of Work No. 1 as specified in the SCS National Manual <br /> for Assisting ASCS Cost Share Programs. In no case shall the <br /> District make any final determination required by the Act, i.e. , <br /> sign off on the form SCS-CPA-026, Highly Erodible Land and Wetland <br /> Conservation Determination. The above referenced material is <br /> available in all SCS field offices and the Service shall make it <br /> available upon request by the District. <br /> C. For accounting purposes, notify the Service monthly of items of <br /> work performed. Monitoring and reporting will be done pursuant to <br /> Attachment I of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-102. <br /> D. Comply with all of the provisions of Office of Management and <br /> Budget Circular A-102 and audit guidelines of Circular A-128, both <br /> of which may be amended from time to time and which are herein <br /> incorporated by reference. Copies of both of these documents will <br /> be provided to the District by the Service. <br /> E. Comply with the nondiscrimination provisions of Title VI of the <br /> Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other nondiscrimination statutes; <br /> namely, Section 504, Title IX, and the Age Discrimination Act of <br /> 1975, and in accordance with the regulations of the Secretary of <br /> Agriculture (7 CFR-15, Subparts A & B) which provide that no <br /> person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, <br /> national origin, age, sex, religion, or handicap, be excluded from <br /> participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise <br /> subjected to discrimination under any program or activity <br /> receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of <br /> Agriculture or any agency thereof. <br /> F. Give the Service or the Comptroller General, through any <br /> authorized representative, access to and the right to examine all <br /> records, books, papers, or documents related to this agreement. <br /> IV. The Service Agrees to do the Following: <br /> A. Provide technical supervision, guidance and training as determined <br /> by the Service to be adequate, to enable the District to carry out <br /> its responsibilities under this _agreement. If the Service is <br /> unable to maintain such support, the District's requirements will <br /> be adjusted by mutual agreement. <br />
