The <br /> attached agreement specified the mutual convenants and condi- <br /> tions and financial obligations for the services provided. <br /> BACKGROUND: Previously, the Health Department contracted directly with a <br /> physician for these services. However, problems persisted in <br /> the area of malpractice insurance coverage, adequate clinical <br /> coverage and sufficient administrative coverage of medical <br /> health activities. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve effective August 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988 and author- <br /> ize Chair to sign. <br />
