The attached agreement <br /> specifes the mutual convenants and conditions and financial <br /> obligations for the services provided. <br /> BACKGROUND: In an effort to improve obstetrical care, patient understand- <br /> ing and satisfaction, and provide a channel of communication <br /> for care providers in the Health Department this contract is <br /> recommended for renewal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve effective July 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988 and authorize <br /> Chair to sign. <br />
