I have also enclosed a small map of the <br /> roads affected and which contains an overlay of the <br /> reservoir as it will look when the permanent dam is <br /> complete and the water impounded upstream from the <br /> dam. Finally, enclosed is a copy the <br /> adopted by OWASA requesting this actionby the uBoard <br /> of County Commissioners with a copy of the North <br /> Carolina General Statute which authorizes this re- <br /> quest by the County. All of this seems in order to <br /> me for Board of Commissioner action. As a practical <br /> matter, the flooding of the reservoir will "close" <br /> the roads in question. The action by the board <br /> should, therefore, initiate a ministerial action by <br /> N.C.
