Street A apd Street B - Counciiv}lle <br /> Local Name of Road Parcel 1 <br /> recognizing the benefits to said right of way by reason of the Department of <br /> Transportation assuming responsibility for the maintenance of the above- <br /> described road, hereby grants to the Department of Transportation, the rignt of <br /> way for said proposed roads being 50 feet in width, 25 feet on each side of the <br /> center line of the proposed roads and releases the Department from all claims <br /> for damages by reason of said right of way across the lands of the undersigned <br /> and the past and future use thereof by the Department , its successors and <br /> assigns for all purposes for which the Department is authorized by law to <br /> subject said right of way; said right of way is shown upon plans for the <br /> project in the office of the Department of Transportation in Raleigh. It is <br /> further agreed that the property owner will erect no fencing nor engage in <br /> cultivation upon the right of way referred to herein. <br /> There are no conditions to this agreement not expressed herein.
