5 . The assessments shall be paid in the following manner : <br /> a. within thirty (30) days after the Notice of <br /> Confirmation of the Assessment Roll is published , each <br /> owner of the property may pay his or her assessment in <br /> full. <br /> b. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above <br /> shall be paid in five (5) equal annual installments with <br /> the first such installment, with interest, due sixty (60) <br /> days after the date that the assessment roll is confirmed, <br /> and the remaining installments, with interest, due on the <br /> same date in each successive year until the assessment is <br /> paid in full. <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that a public hearing on <br /> all matters covered by this Preliminary Assessment Resolution will <br /> be held on the 18th day of August, 1987 , at 7 : 30 o ' clock p. m. , <br /> during the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br /> Count ' in the of 9 <br /> � � courtroom of the old Post Office, Chapel Hill , <br /> North Carolina. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause a notice of the public hearing to <br /> be given by publication one time, not less than ten (10) days <br /> prior to August 18, 1987, the date set for the hearing, in a <br /> newspaper having a general circulation in Orange County. Such <br /> notice shall be in substantially the followinc form: <br /> 1 3 <br />
