The <br /> property is located west of the present Wildwood Subdivision <br /> off N. C. 86 in Hillsborough Township. <br /> The property is designated Ten Year Transition in the Land <br /> Use Plan. The present zoning of the property is <br /> Residential -2 (R-2) . The applicant is requesting that the <br /> zoning classification be changed to Residential-4 (R-4) . <br /> A similar request (R-1 to R-4) was made by the applicant in <br /> November, 1985. In response to a Town of Hillsborough <br /> recommendation (either R-2 or R-3 ) , topographic constraints <br /> and traffic concerns, the Board of Commissioners approved <br /> changing the zoning designation from R-1 to R-2. <br />
