All sewer lines shall be extra strength vitrified clay pipe, or DIP where <br /> conditions require such. DIP shall be cement mortar lined. <br /> 4. See Item 1 concerning water and sewer demands, all based on the Master <br /> Development Plan. The gravity sewers will be capable of handling these <br /> anticipated flows. <br /> 5. All utility easements shall be min. 20-foot in order to conform Town <br /> standards, as revised on drawings. <br /> 6. Conditions prevent an 18-inch vertical separation between the 6-inch DIP <br /> water line stub at STA 27+60 over the 8-inch DIP gravity sanitary sewer, <br /> while maintaining a 36-inch cover over the water line. Such an ; <br /> installation is acceptable in accordance with. the Rules Governing Public <br /> Water Supplies, NC Administrative Code, Subchapter 10D-Water Supplies, <br /> NCDHS, Section .2106(6), copy attached. <br /> 7. All individual sewer service lines shall enter the main line atwyes as <br /> revised on the drawings. <br /> 8. The correct slope between manholes C and D is corrected to be 0.50%, and <br /> is redrawn correctly. <br /> 9. The profile between manholes G and H is correctly redrawn to shw the 1.0% <br /> slope. d <br /> 10. The drawings have been revised to show the location of Manhole A only, to <br /> be installed later by others. The lines leading to this manhole will be <br /> installed as indicated and marked to identify the correct locations and <br /> elevations. <br /> 11. The sewer line between manholes C and C--3 is designed at the .de,3ignated <br /> depth (C-3 invert el. 648.31) in order to provide positive gravity <br /> atser ce <br /> to Lot P with a minimum floor elevation of approximately el. 6 <br /> feet away. <br /> { <br />
