Also enclosed are eleven (11) sets <br /> (three (3) for •NCDHS, Three (3) for NCDEM and five (5) for NCDOT) of revised <br /> drawings, NCDHS Application for Approval of Plans and Specifications for Water <br /> Supply Systems, NCDEM Non-Discharge Permit Application with $25.00 Application <br /> Fee and Gravity Sewer Design Checklist, and NCDOT Right-of-Way Encroachment <br /> Agreement for the water line extension under US 70-A. We trust these <br /> revisions are acceptable for your approval, execution and submittal to the <br /> appropriate state agencies. <br /> The following responses to Finkbeiner,-Pettis and Strout, Ltd. comments are <br /> listed respectively: <br /> 1. The tenants and their building sites and water demands at ,:this development <br /> are presently unknown. Once a tenant is secured, they will submit plans <br /> and request domestic and fire protection water demands at that time.
