According to the zoning <br /> ordinance, the district requires a 100 foot buffer adjacent to the Interstate with fifty foot <br /> setbacks around the remainder of the site. The use of existing vegetation to provide buffers <br /> and meet setback requirements can be easily accomplished while retaining a park-like <br /> atmosphere. <br /> The property is served by a 12" waterline provided by the Town of Hillsborough along US <br /> 70A.
