It is strongly felt that the existing house and barn could be restored and incorporated into <br /> the overall concept. <br /> 4.The existing lake should be preserved and protected and become a focal point for the <br /> development. <br /> 5.The Meadowlands master plan should be conceived with flexibility in mind in order to <br /> respond to the market demand. <br /> 6.While striving for quality, development costs need to be considered to allow the project <br /> to be competitive. <br /> 7. Image from 1-85 is very important and should be a top priority in conceptual planning. <br /> 8.The natural beauty of the site should be preserved as much as possible by leaving the <br /> existing tree-lined drainageways undisturbed. <br /> 9.Access onto US 70A should be kept to a minimum with sight distance being of prime <br /> importance in considering entry/exit locations. <br /> 10.The ultimate site design goal is to produce a product that we all can be proud of while at <br /> the same,time have that product be very successful and a source of pride for the <br /> community, county and state. <br /> t7 n. <br /> ,Meadowland8 <br /> 5 <br />
