The proposed change would match the zoning district <br /> boundaries with the Meadowlands Master Plan land use <br /> designations. <br /> 2. The property is located in a designated Commercial - <br /> Industrial transition activity node and therefore <br /> consistent with the Land Use Plan . <br /> 3. The Town of Hillsborough Planning Board reviewed and <br /> recommended approval of the proposed changes. <br /> 4. The Town Board, in their August 10, 1987 meeting, <br /> approved tap on to the existing 12 inch water line and <br /> the installation of dry sewer lines to be used at a <br /> future date . <br /> 5. General Office uses generate twice as much traffic as <br /> Light Industrial uses. Therefore, traffic generation <br /> on the site would be considerably reduced . <br /> The Planning Board will prepare a recommendation on the <br /> proposed zoning at its September 21 , 1987 meeting. The Board <br /> of Commissioners will consider the proposal for decision on <br /> October 5 , 1987. <br />
