C. 10 ( SR 1710) approximately one-half mile from <br /> the intersection with N. C. 86. It is known as Lot 32 on <br /> Orange County Tax Map 45 for Hillsborough Township. It <br /> contains 253, 083.6 square feet or 5 . 81 acres. The <br /> portion of the property under consideration. is currently <br /> zoned Residential -1 (R-1 ) . <br /> The applicant is requesting that 0. 59 acres of the <br /> property be redesignated in the Land Use Plan from Rural <br /> Residential to Ten Year Transition and Commercial <br /> Industrial Transition Activity Node. <br /> • <br /> ORANGE ,COUNTY ZOv 1 NAG.
