The amendment would delete cash as <br /> an acceptable form of security and add escrow agreements as <br /> a new form of security for required improvements . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment. <br /> The Planning Board will prepare a recommendation on the <br /> proposed amendment at its September 21 , 1987 meeting. The <br /> Board of Commissioners will consider the proposal for <br /> decision on October 5, 1987. <br />
