The chief difference between the <br /> zoning classifications is the minimum <br /> building lot size. A close review of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance has identified several <br /> references to R-1 districts. In order to <br /> make the Ordinance consistent in treating <br /> land uses In the R-1 and RB districts in the <br /> same manner, amendments are proposed that <br /> will result in the RB district being added <br /> for treatment in the same fashion as the R-1 <br /> district. The articles proposed for this <br /> type of amendment are: <br /> 6. 16.6 - Home Occupation Regulations <br /> 6.23 . 4 - Table of Impervious Surface Ratios <br /> 7.2. 1 - The List of PD Districts <br /> 9. 11 - Chart of Sign Requirements <br /> 12. 10 - Screening Requirements for Site <br /> Plans <br /> In all cases, the amendment consists solely <br /> of adding the RB district to the ordinance <br />
