At present, crematoria <br /> are not permitted by the Zoning Ordinance. The amendment <br /> would make them a permitted use in the I-1 , 1-2, and 1 -3 <br /> ( Industrial ) zoning districts. The amendment to Article 4.3 <br /> would add crematoria to the Permitted Use Table. The <br /> amendment to Article 10. 4 would establish parking require- <br /> ments for crematoria. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> osed <br /> p <br /> The Planning Board will prepare a recommendation on the <br /> proposed amendment at its September 21 , 1987 meeting. The <br /> Board of Commissioners will consider the proposal for <br /> decision on October 5, 1987. <br />
