As stated <br /> in our letter to you dated March 20, 1987 , these goods should <br /> have been removed within 30 days of receipt of the registered <br /> letter, which records show you received March 25, 1987 . This <br /> condition was qualified to allow you to make application for <br /> a Planned Development, if your plans included the establish- <br /> ment of a permanent Mobile Home Park on your property. To <br /> date, no response to this office has been received from you . <br /> July 10, 1987 now represents the final opportunity you will <br /> have to reply to Greg Szymik in this office to submit appli- <br /> cation for Planned Development. If no response from you has <br /> been received by July 10, 1987, this matter will be referred <br /> to the Office of the County Attorney for prosecution under <br /> provisions of N. C.
