A field inspection on March 7, 1987 revealed abandoned <br /> mobile homes and other goods stored on the property on <br /> Dimmocks Mill Road zoned Agricultural -Residential (AR) . <br /> A certified letter dated March 20, 1987 apprised the <br /> property owners of violations of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> (Article 4.3 S50 and Article 3. 12 ) and indicated measures <br /> required to comply. No response to the first letter was <br /> received, and a second certified letter was mailed on May <br /> 12, 1987, detailing procedures for compliance and <br /> designating a July 10, 1987 deadline. No response was <br /> received by July 10 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : Manager recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to <br /> initiate legal proceedings against Hoyle and Leonard King. <br />
