This the 7th day of August, 1987 . <br /> BEVERLY BLYTHE, <br /> Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for <br /> Orange County, N.C. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause a copy of this Preliminary <br /> Assessment Resolution to be mailed by first-class mail to each <br /> owner, as shown on the county tax records of property subject to <br /> assessment if the project is undertaken, not less than ten (10) <br /> days prior to August 18 , 1987 . <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby directed <br /> to file with the Board of Commissioners a certificate that the <br /> Preliminary Assessment Resolution was mailed as directed using a <br /> form substantially as follows: <br /> CERTIFICATE OF MAILING <br /> I , Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on or before <br /> the 7th day of August, 1987, I mailed, by first-class mail, <br /> postage prepaid, a copy of the Preliminary Assessment Resolution <br /> for the financing by Orange County of the local share of the cost 1 <br /> of paving North Carolina State Road (s) #1881 and #1794, also known <br /> as Moriah Hill Road and Timberly Drive, in Chapel Hill Township, <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, to each owner, as shown on the <br /> county tax records of property subject to assessment if the <br /> project is undertaken. <br /> 6 <br />
