04t <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 7 : 30 o'clock p.m. , on the 3rd day of <br /> August, 1987. <br /> Present: <br /> Absent: <br /> ****************************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION <br /> FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF <br /> THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD (S) #1881 AND #1794, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS MORIAH HILL ROAD AND TIMBERLY DRIVE, <br /> IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY., NORTH CAROLINA <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has received a petition requesting the paving of North Carolina <br /> State Road (s) #1881 and #1794 , also known as Moriah Hill Road and <br /> Timberly Drive, in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, which petition has been signed by at least seventy-five <br /> percent (75%) of the owners of property adjoining the said roads, <br /> which property represents at least seventy-five (75%) of the <br /> lineal feet of frontage of the lands abutting the said roads, <br /> pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes Section 153A-205 (c) ; <br /> and <br /> 1 <br />
