The Board of Commissioners reviews <br /> notices for public hearing for form and content prior to <br /> advertisement. Approval of the notice will permit adver- <br /> tisement on August 12 and 19, 1987 as required by N. C. <br /> General Statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION : Manager recommends approval of the Notice of Public Hearing <br /> for August 24, 1987. <br />
