The allocation includes $155,000.00 for paved <br /> secondary road improvements or $35,000. 00 less than 1986- <br /> 87 ; $80,000. 00 for spot stabilization of unpaved roads; <br /> $338,010 .00 for paving unpaved roads; and $44,268.00 for <br /> contingency. <br /> The allocation for paving unpaved roads includes two (2 ) <br /> P.O. P. projects involving County participation (Timberly <br /> Drive and Moriah Hill Road ) , and three (3 ) rural roads (Ode <br /> Turner Road, Kenion Road, and Bushy Cook Road ) prioritized <br /> on the secondary roads priority paving list. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Manager recommends approval of the 1987-88 Secondary Road <br /> Improvements Program as proposed by NCDOT. <br />
