Regulations . 0 <br /> 3.4 ReVieW of Environmental Impact Statements <br /> (a) The Environmental Impact Statement shall be <br /> prepared by a qualified person(s) with expertise in <br /> the specific areas of potential impact. <br /> (b) Thirty (30) copies of the Draft EIS shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Department for review by <br /> Planning Staff and distribution to the State <br /> Clearinghouse for review and publication in the <br /> Environmental Bulletin. <br /> (c) The County Planning Department and the State <br /> agencies will review the adequacy of any EIS <br /> required pursuant to Section 5 of this Ordinance. <br /> (d) After review comments are received from the State <br /> agencies requested by the Clearinghouse to review <br /> the EIS, the Planning Department shall prepare a <br /> Final EIS which incorporates and addresses all <br /> comments received. <br /> (e) The Final EIS shall be forwarded to the State <br /> Clearinghouse for review and publication in the <br /> Environmental Bulletin. <br /> (f) Upon completion of Final EIS review, the Planning <br /> Department shall submit a Letter of Compliance to <br /> the State Clearinghouse stating that all <br /> requirements pertaining to the processing and <br /> review of the EIS have been met. <br /> 7 <br />
