RESOLUTION IN MEMORIAM <br /> WHEREAS, the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners <br /> has learned with deep regret of the death of Mr. Henry Samuel Walker, <br /> a former member of the Orange County Board of Commissioners; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Henry Samuel Walker did give untiring public service <br /> to his County, State and Nation during his lifetime; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that his name be entered on the <br /> rolls of those who have gone from our midst in this Association year <br /> so that he may be remembered at the next Annual Conference thereof; <br /> and <br /> FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be <br /> forwarded to the family of Henry Samuel Walker with the expressed <br /> sympathy of the members of this Association. <br /> Adopted this 25th Day of August, 1988, in Raleigh, North Carolina. <br /> Attest: <br /> (7) <br /> President, Jack Dossenbach, Jr. <br /> (2 POWL4 <br /> Executive Director, CF.
