Zaragoza <br /> Re: Partial Width Right-of-Way Request <br /> On March 2, 1988, as part of a one lot minor subdivision of <br /> property to be sold by Dr. and Mrs. William S. Lynn, this Board <br /> granted the partial width right-of-way as requested by the <br /> buyers, Elizabeth Crais and Micheal Wagner. Please see attached <br /> letter, map, and photographs for additional details. <br /> Very much like the Wagner-Crais request, we are seeking to <br /> divide the property we have purchased from the Lynn' s into two <br /> lots of approximately 5 acres and 1 acre. Upon each proposed <br /> lot rests a house constructed in 1971 by the Lynn' s. The only <br /> means of access for either house to a public road is via the <br /> 45 foot wide easement that the Lynn's have used as a private <br /> driveway for the past 17 years. <br /> This 45 foot easement is described in Deed Book 672, page 273, <br /> and is now known as Home Road. Home Road is a private road for <br /> which we, the Wagner-Crais family, and any other future owners <br /> are bound by a road maintenance agreement.
