Zaragoza wish to purchase two existing <br /> houses and surrounding property, and proposed a two- <br /> lot subdivision for this purpose. To provide access, <br /> an existing 45-foot easement approximately 1749 feet <br /> in length would be connected to a 50-foot easement <br /> leading to the subdivision. A Class C private road <br /> (Home Road) is in existence. A partial width right- <br /> of-way is needed since the adjoining tract is heir <br /> property and all heirs will not grant an additional <br /> five (5) feet of right-of-way. <br /> A previous partial width right-of-way was requested <br /> for this road by Elizabeth Crais and Michael Wagner. <br /> The Planning Board and Board of Commissioners granted <br /> approval on February 15, 1988 and March 2, 1988, <br /> respectively. This proposal was for two Class C <br /> private roads (Crais Lane and Home Road) . The <br /> Zaragozas have revised the right-of-way in order to <br /> create one private road instead of two private roads . <br /> At its August 15, 1988 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the request. <br />
