The soils on this site are Georgeville and Tatum. <br /> Georgeville has slight limitations for dwellings <br /> and moderate limitations for septic tank filter <br /> fields because of slow percolation. Tatum has <br /> moderate limitations for dwellings because of low <br /> strength and depth to rock.
