It is <br /> designated on the Land Use Plan as Agricultural <br /> Residential and Water Supply Watershed (Upper Eno) . <br /> The 1987 traffic count for Mill Creek Road was 900 <br /> trips per day. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 10. 02 acres . Three <br /> lots with state road frontage are proposed. These lots <br /> average 3. 12 acres in size and will be served by <br /> individual wells and septic tanks. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed the proposal. <br /> On August 15, the Planning Board recommended approval <br /> of the preliminary plan for Lea's Landing with the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1 . Indicate a joint driveway between Lots 1 and 2 . <br /> 2 . Provide a fifty foot stream buffer on each side <br /> of the perennial stream. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval as per the <br /> Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
