It is designated on the Land Use <br /> Plan as Agricultural Residential and Water <br /> Supply Watershed (Upper Eno) . The 1987 traffic <br /> count for Mill Creek Road was 900 trips per day. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 10.02 acres. <br /> Three lots with state road frontage are <br /> proposed.
