Adequate protection standards should be delineated <br /> and established for watersheds in unzoned portions <br /> of the County. Programs which help to protect water quality, such <br /> as the Soil Conservation Service and Sedimentation <br /> and Erosion Control, should be provided with <br /> continued support and strengthened, where <br /> necessary. <br /> 6.
