Therefore, <br /> there are no current plans to build on the lot, making it unlikely that the state <br /> would consider taking over the road. <br /> This property is located off Mt. Sinai Road in the rural buffer. The current owners <br /> of all four parcels already preserve the rural character of the property and plan <br /> to continue this philosophy.
