2 <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> preliminary plan for the Thomas Jefferson subdivision <br /> with a private road and the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Revise the existing Road Maintenance Agreement <br /> to include Lot 2 and to insure maintenance of <br /> Sunny Ridge Road to Class A standards . Submit <br /> the agreement to the County Attorney for review <br /> and approval; <br /> 2 . Submit payment-in-lieu of dedication in the <br /> amount of $360; and <br /> 3. Provide the current owners' names on the <br /> adjacent property to the west referenced on <br /> P.H. 44/150. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> preliminary plan with a private road and the three <br /> conditions listed above. <br /> 111 <br />
