A. General Conditions: <br /> 1. Unless otherwise explicitly and specifically stated , <br /> the County shall bear the costs and expenses of all of <br /> the obligations and duties created by this contract. <br /> 2 . The Town will permit the physical connection of the <br /> extension to the Town' s water or sewer system only <br /> after all of the conditions set forth in Sections B <br /> and C and any additional conditions appended hereto <br /> have been satisfied . <br /> 3 . The Town shall maintain the improvements constructed <br /> under this contract after they are dedicated . <br /> However, if within one year of the date that the offer <br /> of dedication of the extension constructed pursuant to <br /> this contract is accepted , defects in workmanship or <br /> materials are discovered in work done pursuant to this <br /> contract by or for the County, the County shall see <br /> that such defects are promptly corrected at the <br /> County' s expense . <br /> 4 . The Town may make or authorize extensions or <br /> connections to or from any of the improvements <br /> constructed pursuant to this contract without <br /> permission of the County. <br /> 5. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement , <br /> County ' s construction of improvements pursuant to this <br /> contract does not affect the Town' s policy with <br /> respect to fees to be paid to the Town by property <br /> 4 <br />
