Pursuant to said <br /> Statute, the Orange County Board of Education is <br /> required to first offer said tract or parcel of land to <br /> the Orange County Commissioners at the fair market <br /> price. As you can see, the Resolution adopted by the <br /> Board of Education recites that the property is no <br /> longer necessary or desirable for School Board purposes <br /> and therefore the Board of Education would like to <br /> dispose of the same. Could you please present this to <br /> the Orange County Commissioners for their discussion. <br /> If you will let me know their desires, I will be glad <br /> to draft an appropriate resolution regarding this <br /> matter.
