036 <br /> Town of Hillsborough $213,500 <br /> 9, <br /> Private Developers 209, 000 <br /> Orange County 66 000 <br /> $488,500 <br /> The Town of Hillsborough has not yet formally considered the <br /> proposal, but if approved by the Town, and the County, con- <br /> tracts will be entered into by all parties. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> The resolution of this "sewer bottleneck" represents a signi- <br /> ficant step in the efforts of the Economic Development <br /> Commission to stimulate appropriate economic growth in Orange <br /> County. Such growth is necessary to increase and diversify <br /> the County's tax base. Therefore, the Manager recommends that <br /> the Board of County Commissioners approve 66, 000 to be appro- <br /> priated in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1988 for the <br /> County's share of the funding package to eliminate the "sewer <br /> bottleneck. " <br />
