We will consult with knowledgable area individuals <br /> both in the private and public sector and summarize <br /> their comments in our report to the County. The results of our investigation will be summarized <br /> in a letter/report to the County. This report will <br /> include the results of our data collection and <br /> analysis as well as suggestions as to the possible <br /> policy options available to the County <br /> Commissioners. We would be prepared to formally <br /> present this report to the Commissioners and respond <br /> to any questions they might have. <br /> We propose to offer these services for a lump sum fee of <br /> $7,000. 00 payable upon presentation of our report to the <br /> County. If this proposal is acceptable to the County, please <br /> sign in the space provided below and return one copy of the <br /> Agreement to us.
