First, the <br /> Committee is to assist in the selection of a consultant <br /> to prepare the Open Space Plan. Second, the Committee <br /> is to serve as a citizens advisory group and work with <br /> the consultant in preparing the Plan. <br /> Mr. Clint Burklin, President of the Stoneycreek <br /> Neighborhood Association, has expressed an interest in <br /> serving on the Open Space Technical Advisory Committee. <br /> His participation would provide representation from the <br /> viewpoint of an established neighborhood association as <br /> well as a resident of subdivision located in a rural <br /> setting. <br /> A list identifing the Committee membership is attached. <br /> RECOMMETIDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> appointment of Mr. Clint Burklin to the Open Space <br /> Technical Advisory Committee. <br />
