014 <br /> ATTACHMENT IV <br /> HUMAN SERVICES MANAGEMENT TEAM <br /> The Human Services Management Team meets regularly twice <br /> a month to discuss County human services concerns and foster <br /> open communication which may encourage coordinated service <br /> delivery among its members. The Human Services Management <br /> Team, composed of County human services department heads and <br /> two semi-autonomous county agencies, does not attempt to <br /> duplicate the efforts of the HSAC, but provide a forum for <br /> dialogue.
