The <br /> property is zoned Agricultural-Residential and <br /> Protected Watershed II (Upper Eno) . The Land Use Plan <br /> designation is also Agricultural-Residential. <br /> Section One of Setter Run consists of four (4) lots <br /> which were created through a minor subdivision in <br /> October, 1987 . Ten ( 10) lots are proposed in Section <br /> Two which range in size from 2 . 86 acres to 18. 1 acres <br /> and will have individual wells and septic tanks . The <br /> applicant has proposed a Class B private Road to <br /> access the ten lots as shown.
